When was the last time you accepted responsibility for your actions?
I know it’s easy to blame others for your circumstance but have you sat down and thought of what you could of done better?
Maybe you didn’t get enough sleep? (“But It was a really good movie though”)
Maybe you struggled with your nutrition this week? (“I had a friends party that’s why I had to overindulge”)
Or Maybe you struggled to come to the gym? (“I just couldn’t be bothered”)
Look I get it sometimes shit happens in life but I also know that you are the result of your actions 99% of the time.
Set an alarm prior to bed
Be aware of your intake so you can pre plan your nutrition
Go with a friend or hire a coach to keep yourself accountable
Accountability is massive and I feel a lot of people aren’t doing enough of it. Stop with the excuses and start taking more responsibility for your actions.
