When was the last time you accepted responsibility for your actions?

I know it’s easy to blame others for your circumstance but have you sat down and thought of what you could of done better?

  • Maybe you didn’t get enough sleep? (“But It was a really good movie though”)
  • Maybe you struggled with your nutrition this week? (“I had a friends party that’s why I had to overindulge”)
  • Or Maybe you struggled to come to the gym? (“I just couldn’t be bothered”)

Look I get it sometimes shit happens in life but I also know that you are the result of your actions 99% of the time.

  • Set an alarm prior to bed
  • Be aware of your intake so you can pre plan your nutrition
  • Go with a friend or hire a coach to keep yourself accountable

Accountability is massive and I feel a lot of people aren’t doing enough of it. Stop with the excuses and start taking more responsibility for your actions.
