Attention Females DO NOT be afraid of Strength Training!

One of the biggest myths in the gym is that if you pick up a weight you’ll suddenly be super muscly and look like Mr Olympia. How is this even still a myth?? Obviously this is not true.

The best thing a woman can do is feel STRONG and CONFIDENT in their own body and Strength Training is what will help that!

This is the results of Erin who has been with me for a few years and the majority of her training has been made up of Strength. On top of that she has also competed in a powerlifting competition and her figure has changed for the better.

So this is to all females out there. DO NOT fear Strength Training as it will have so many benefits for you! Erin is a clear example of that!
